Schedule of fees
Billing Arrangements:
We are a private billing clinic, which means:
- You pay the full fee on the day.
- We process your Medicare rebate immediately.
- Your out-of-pocket cost is the amount you pay after your Medicare rebate.
Important
- Different doctors charge different fees.
- Lower concession fees only apply for appointments with Dr Alina.
- For all other doctors, concession discounts are at the doctor’s discretion.

Additional Fees
- Consumable and treatment room fees may apply. You will be informed if these apply to your appointment.
- Procedures (including skin biopsies, suturing, and minor surgeries) have separate fees, which your doctor will discuss with you beforehand.

How payment and rebates work
- You pay the full fee on the day (card preferred).
- We process your Medicare rebate immediately.
- If you have a physical debit card linked to a savings or cheque account, your rebate can go instantly back into your account at the time of payment.
- Otherwise, the rebate will usually return to your account within 1–2 days.
