You may wish to request a prescription from your doctor, without coming in for a visit. It is at the doctor’s discretion to write this prescription. Depending on the prescription the doctor may require you to come in for an appointment.
Doctors in this practice may, if required, refer you to a specialist for further investigations. You can discuss this with your doctor including potential out of pocket expenses.
Doctors are often busy with patients during our normal opening hours and may only be interrupted in an emergency. Our practice staff are experienced in deciding the appropriate response to any phone request.
